2021年5月15日，印度电信部发布了《电信设备强制性测试和认证程序》的2.1版，取代2018年版的《电信设备强制性测试和认证程序 (MTCTE)》。为了维持供应链管理，向OEM / AIRs一次放宽六个月的时间，对于第一阶段和第二阶段通知的所有产品，2018年第2.0版的标签准则将一直有效到2021年11月30日，从2021年12月1日开始，必须遵守修订的MTCTE程序（2.1版）指南。

新版本的主要更新如下：

1、认证范围的修改（增加了管控产品范围 ，同时缩减了不管控的产品清单）；
2、提交申请要求文件的修改，增强了市场监管措施；
3、依据制定指南的方式进行“分体式类型型号”纳入；
4、针对证书修改和证书续订等活动增加费用明细；
5、从国外港口发出#电信设备的托运日期应视为进口日期；
6、规范了铭牌细节，对MTCTE标签要求进行了修订，强制要求对认证产品标上TEC标识以及
其他一些详细信息，例如ER号，型号证书编号，证书的日期和有效期等（可参考右图样式）：
为了确保此更改不会影响已经生产的产品，规定放宽使用旧标记准则的有效期至2021年11月30日。

The Telecommunication Engineering Centre #TEChas issued the updated version of #MTCTE procedure on May 15th 2021.Majorupdates in the latest version w.r.t last versions are as below:

1.modification in the scope of certification
2.modification in documents requirement whilesubmitting the application
3.inclusion of "Split Unit Type Models" approach underformation guidelines
4.Addition of fee details for activities likecertificate modification and certificate renewals
5.Date of dispatch of consignment of #Telecomequipment from foreign ports shall be treated as date of import.
6.Amendment in MTCTE labelling requirement nowit is made mandatory for certified products to be marked with TEC logo andcertain other details like ER number, model Certificate number, date andvalidity of certificate, etc. further, in order to ensure that this changedon't affect the already manufactured products, a relaxation to use old markingguidelines is also provided till 30-11-2021.
