巴西ANATEL发布第423号和第237号法案

近日，巴西ANATEL发布了两部新法案：法案423和法案237，撤销法案6506，并更新限制辐射无线电通信设备的测试程序。

ANATEL 发布了两个新法案：

ANATEL published two new Acts as described below :


• 第423号法案–更新第14448号法案，该法案涉及评估受限辐射无线电通信设备的技术要求，并包括巴西允许使用的新设备。

Act 423 – Updates Act 14448 related to the technical requirements for the assessment of restricted radiation radiocommunication devices and includes new devices allowed in Brazil.


• 第237号–撤销 第6506号法案并更新限制辐射无线电通信设备的测试程序。

Act 237 – Revokes Act 6506 and updates testing procedures for restricted radiation radiocommunication devices


主要变化如下：

第423/2022号法案:

1、包括以下技术要求：

Includes technical requirements for:


• 应用于安全且工作频段在76-81GHz的人体扫描发射传感器；

Body Scanning Emitter-Sensor for Security Application operating in the 76-81 GHz band;


• 安装在车辆中且工作频段在57-64GHz的交互式运动传感器；

Interactive Motion Sensors installed in vehicles operating in the 57-64 GHz band;


• 在固定应用中的操作频段在57-66GHz频段的无线多千兆系统；

Wireless Multigigabit System operating in the 57-66 GHz band in fixed applications;


•车辆上安装的 3100-3300 MHz 和 3700-10600 MHz 超宽带设备；

UWB devices operating at 3100-3300 MHz and 3700-10600 MHz installed in vehicles;


• 安装在车辆中和火车内且工作频段为5150–5350MHz的设备。

5150–5350 MHz devices installed inside vehicles and trains.

(*) Update made so that UWB devices do not interfere with 5G NR devices operating in the n78 band

Wireless Multigigabit System operating in the 57-71 GHz band must meet the following requirements, in accordance with the items of ITU-R Recommendation M.2003-2

Wireless Multigigabit System operating in the 57-71 GHz band in indoor or outdoor  applications (Point-to-multipoint) must meet the following requirements:
AVG EIRP: 40 dBm
Peak EIRP power: 43 dbm
AVG Spectral Density – 13 dBm/MHz
Wireless Multigigabit System operating in the 57-71 GHz band in fixed point-to-point outdoor applications, with AVG EIRP power value greater than 62 dBm, must meet the following conditions:
AVG EIRP: 82 dBm
Peak EIRP power in any emission: 85 dBm
Comments:
The use of Wireless Multigigabit System will not be allowed in:
– Wireless Avionics Intra-Communication (WAIC) or applications that use devices attached to the external structure of the aircraft; and
– model airplanes, UAVs, toys, drones and the like, in which it is not possible to produce attenuation similar to the closed environment (indoor) of aircraft.

Revokes Act 6506 (testing method/procedures)


2. 包括以下测试程序：

Inclusion of test procedures for:


• 符合 FCC KDB 789033 D02（参考3.15）的 Wi-Fi 6E 设备；

WIFI 6E devices according to FCC KDB 789033 D02 (Reference 3.15);


• 根据ETSI EN 302 729 V2.1.1（参考 3.12）和ETSI EN 302 372 V2.1.1（参考 3.13）工作频段在76-81GHz的发射传感器同等的检测设备；符合 FCC KDB 789033 D02（参考3.15）的 Wi-Fi 6E 设备；

Emitter-sensor level detection devices operating in the 76-81 GHz band according to ETSI EN 302 729 V2.1.1 (Reference 3.12) and ETSI EN 302 372 V2.1.1 (Reference 3.13);


• 符合ETSI EN 302 571 V2.1.1（参考 3.11）的车辆通信系统设备；

Vehicle Communication System devices according to ETSI EN 302 571 V2.1.1 (Reference 3.11);


• 根据ANSI C63.10（参考 3.5），工作频段在57-71GHz的多千兆无线系统；

Multigigabit Wireless System, operating in the band 57-71 GHz according to ANSI C63.10 (Reference 3.5);


• 根据ETSI EN 301 893 V2.1.1（参考 3.10），工作频段在 5,150-5,350MHz、5,470-5,725MHz 和 5,725-5,850MHz的LBE和FBE设备（访问共享系统）。

LBE and FBE devices (Access sharing system) operating in the bands 5,150-5,350 MHz, 5,470-5,725 MHz, and 5,725-5,850 MHz according to ETSI EN 301 893 V2.1.1 (Reference 3.10).
